Next, you will head to Kom Ombo, a unique temple built between 1350 and 180 BC during the reign of Ramses II. Located along the Nile, this temple is dedicated to Sobek, the crocodile god, though locals also associated it with Haroeris (Horus the Elder), another revered deity.
